"My inflammation levels have reduced significantly and I have been able to eliminate my medication"

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s in October 2007, following a year of cramps, diarrhoea & sickness. I suffered badly at least once a year from that moment onwards, each year resulted in hospitalisation, with the exception of a short period of remission whilst I was pregnant in 2011.  Over that time I was given lots of drugs including Prednisolone, Azathioprine and Infliximab.  However, they weren’t making me feel any better and I hated putting them in my body.  I was eating a very good diet, full of unprocessed foods but it still wasn’t helping.  I reached out to Greg for help and it has completely changed my life.  My inflammation levels have reduced significantly and I have been able to eliminate my medication which was a major goal of mine.  What’s more I feel absolutely fantastic! Honestly, if you suffer with IBD then I would highly recommend getting in touch with Greg – I’m so glad that I did as I feel amazing and it’s transformed my health.

"My bowel movements are now back under control, and I have so much more energy now to do the things I love including exercise and spending more time with my family."

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s about 18yrs ago, though my symptoms started about a year or two before that.

In particular, I sufferered with bloating, pain in the stomach, and especially sharp pains on the right side, and also nausea.  I was going to the toilet far too often, but my biggest frustration was the lack of energy.  I wasn’t able to exercise as much as I would like and wasn’t able to do as much as I wanted with my children because I felt so shattered.

I was heading towards 40 and decided there was no better time to start turning things around, which is why I got in touch with Greg.

Im so glad I did.  Over the past 6 months I’ve worked with him and Colin (one of his coaches) and feel so so so much better.

My bowel movements are now back under control, and I have so much more energy now to do the things I love including exercise and spending more time with my family.

Whats more I enjoy everything about my diet and lifestyle.  I had been a bit hesitant about getting in touch with Greg as I was concerned Id be put on a boring, restrictive diet, but I genuinely do love what I eat and know I will be able to do this for the rest of my life.

Honestly, if you suffer with Crohns or Ulcerative Colitis and want to get your life back, then get in touch with Greg. Im so glad that I did, it will make a massive difference to how you feel.

"I’ve reduced my medication, and feel so much more energetic."

When I first approached Greg in April 2015 I was struggling badly with fatigue and stomach pains which led to poor concentration, night sweats and low energy levels. It had pretty much been like that since I was diagnosed with Crohn’s 2 years before.  Being a very sporty person, life was frustrating not being able to perform to the best of my abilities or able to summon the energy when I wanted to be playing sport. I was hesitant at first to get in touch with Greg because there is a lot of bad advice online but I'm so glad that I did.  Doing so has completely changed my health.  My symptoms have reduced dramatically, I’ve reduced my medication, and feel so much more energetic.  Where my energy levels peaked and troughed, they now remain at a constant higher level.  I’m now eager to play sports again without the restraints that Crohn’s seemed to have imposed on me  and recently completed a 100 mile bike ride. I play hockey regularly and also enjoy endurance outdoor swimming!  I enjoy the food I eat and while changes were obviously needed, it was nowhere near as hard as I thought it would be. Another side effect I discovered about my new diet is how I no longer look at food and do not want to eat it. I have a much greater appetite and love eating again. All I can say to anyone thinking of getting in touch with Greg is to just do it – it can help you to very quickly feel so much better and let you live your life again without many of the symptoms of a debilitating disease.

"I am symptom free. I no longer feel bloated, fatigued or have stomach cramps."

Before starting the process I'd had Crohn's Disease for 14 years. I'd kept severe symptoms at bay by taking Azathioprine. This worked relatively well until recent years when I started to see an increase in complications and hospital stays.

I decided that I needed to help myself, I've always known that diet was linked with Crohn's and when I saw Greg's website it made perfect sense.

Now at the end of the process I am symptom free. I no longer feel bloated, fatigued or have stomach cramps.  My most recent blood test shows that I am free from inflammation and I am not anaemic for the first time in 14 years!!

To add to this result I am now pregnant, which is more than I could of wished for!

I would recommend anyone to work with Greg, with Greg's help I have achieved everything that I set out to do. I'm super happy with the results.

"I recently went out for a drink with my best friend on a Friday night after a long week at work and still had bags of energy!"

When I got diagnosed with Crohn’s disease after a couple of years of badgering the GP to send me for some tests I was told I only had a ‘mild’ form of Crohn’s. This meant that whilst I still got stomach pains, bloating, constipation and fatigue, I didn’t have it as bad as others. This is the reason why despite being told by a few different Doctors and Consultants that I should go on medication I didn’t. I weighed it up and decided that I could cope with the pains and tiredness as they weren’t as bad as the potential side effects of medication.

Fast forward a few months of constant pain and tiredness and the side effects of medication started to look more appealing than the constant daily battle I was having.

Aside from the physical symptoms I found that I was always feeling like I was complaining, complaining I was tired, complaining I was bloated, complaining that I had to go to work or go out when in fact all I wanted to do was nothing but lie on the sofa.

This obviously also had a massive impact on my husband Neil, who wanted ‘the old Lynzi back’ (probably the worst thing that could be said to someone suffering like this- not that he was to know).

The day I decided something had to change was a day where I’d been battling the pain most of the day and had a gym class in the evening. Driving to the gym I realised I was so tired and in so much pain that I couldn’t even contemplate getting changed for the class, never mind the hour of exercise that followed it and sobbed all the way home (not because of missing the class but because I knew I couldn’t carry on fighting this battle every day).

The next day I started some googling and found Greg through his website and twitter. I did some research and decided to give him a call. I knew I needed to do something that wasn’t medication related but didn’t know what it was.

Within weeks of working with him I felt so much better. Yes it was hard cutting out certain foods and planning every meal but it got so much easier.

Greg is really easy to talk to and supportive and gave me all the tools I needed to make myself feel better for the long term rather than quick fixes.

I recently went out for a drink with my best friend on a Friday night after a long week at work and still had bags of energy, I knew I’d done the right thing working with Greg when she told me that it was great to see how energetic I was and how a few months before I would have been too tired to go out.

I often work quite long days and its brilliant that I’m not shattered by 2pm and counting the minutes until I can be reunited with my sofa. Things like this can seem like a massive investment but it’s definitely the best investment I’ve ever made! I would encourage everyone to contact Greg and get started on a plan like this as I genuinely don’t think you would regret it.

"I found a reason to live again and felt so well, within a few short weeks I truly felt better and looked better than I have done for years!"

I was diagnosed with severe Ulcerative Colitis in 2005. I was given massive amounts of anti inflammatory tablets, at first they worked, I was back to normal, but predictably after a while my symptoms worsened. I tried everything. I did lead a stressful life and when my husband had a stroke it became unbearable, still I carried on not wanting to let him down or to be at the mercy of a care home, after he died, I went down with everything, chest infections, aching, extreme tiredness and lots of other nasty symptoms from head to foot.

In July of 2016, feeling so ill and ready to roll over and join my man, after all at 72yrs what was there to live for , flare after flare turned into one long illness. I just could not get well, I was depressed and in so much pain, couldn’t eat much without feeling worse.

I was scrolling Face book and found Greg, he was the only person who’s message gave hope, instead of the usual fire fighting of all other disciplines. When I contacted him I did ask him if he was a charlatan. That couldn’t have been further from the truth.

The process was all encompassing at first, so much to learn, but so much fun. I found a reason to live again and felt so well, within a few short weeks I truly felt better and looked better than I have done for years. My friends said they had got the old Val back, what a compliment.

I achieved so much from the program,  new insight to foods that harm and those that heal. How to look after myself in ways I had not felt like doing even if I knew about them. Feeling well after 12 yrs of pain and illness, being able to come off the medication which I know damage kidneys and liver. I look so good now as I’ve lost all the blubber that came with my health being out of control. I can’t do much about the wrinkles but I can now get into clothes I’ve not been able to wear for years , I look slim, smart and feel so confident. I am symptom free !!!

My advice to anyone with Crohns or Ulcerative Colitis, don’t waste time and money anywhere else. You are guided and supported ever step of the course, with Greg you never feel alone, you are part of a family.  You can ask any questions they are always addressed with understanding and care.  I have just finished the course and feel wonderful thanks to you Greg.

" I can enjoy social interaction, go to work related events and enjoy all of my time with my wife and daughter again"

I began working with Greg Williams in December 2015.  I am 42 years old and had been struggling with UC for 6-7 years.  At that point in time my ulcerative colitis was as bad as it had ever been.  It was highly debilitating.   I would have 10-12 BMs a day, could never sleep more than 2-3 hours a night (if you could even call it sleep), and was always fatigued.  I would have to wait for a “window of time” between BMs just to try to drive to work each morning!

Over the years I had gone through many periods on Prednisone and had also taken Lialda and 6MP for a couple years.  In early 2015, after many failures on the previously mentioned meds, I was put on Humira.  While on Humira, not only did my symptoms persist, or even worsen, but I was losing weight rapidly and would feel nauseous for at least 4-5 days after each injection.  I would decline pretty much all social interaction with friends and family because I was too weak, and didn’t know when a flare would occur.

After following Greg on Twitter for a few months, I decided to reach out to him. In looking at his posts, he obviously knew what I was going through, so even though he was in England and I was in the US, I took the chance. I mean at this point, what was there to lose?  In my first consultation, Greg and I discussed how I was feeling, what meds I was on, etc. I then began his 6 month program.

After a couple weeks, I started to regain some energy, and my BMs lessened through the changes in my diet.  Previously, my doctor had explained to me that diet nor stress had anything to do with my UC!!  I always found this quite hard to believe.  After continuing to improve while working with Greg and following his every direction and some trial and error, I was beginning to get my weight back, was able to work out a bit, and had a huge increase in energy that was beneficial to my overall health as well as interaction with my wife and daughter.

I began to feel so good that I was able to ween off of Humira, and have felt 10 years younger and full of energy since.

My 6 month program is about to come to an end, and I have no worries that I cannot continue to feel healthy and energetic.  I can enjoy social interaction, go to work related events and enjoy all of my time with my wife and daughter again.

Greg has been absolutely phenomenal!!! I never thought I could feel half as good as I do now, and I owe such a huge debt of gratitude for his work with my disease.  If you have UC or Crohns and are wondering if it would be a good idea to reach out to Greg, PLEASE DO IT!  I have gone from hopeless despair to being as healthy as I can ever remember.  Greg, you are AWESOME!  Thanks so much

" Not only have my health and confidence improved and increased but I am still completely medication free and living a much better quality of life."

I have always tried to live a relatively healthy lifestyle however all ways just seemed to be ill one way or another.  After spending years going round in circles with the doctors and hospitals I felt that I was getting nowhere and then when I was diagnosed with Undetermined colitis at 28 I was devastated and led to believe that I would require medication for life. Of course this was the worst thing I could have ever been told, and I was VERY reluctant to take the medications.  However, I tried everything they gave me and of course I was right, nothing was helping.   I was then admitted to the hospital and after 9 days told I had Clostridium difficile (C.Diff) on top of the colitis and again pumped with more medication.  Quickly after being discharged from hospital I decided I no longer was going to be controlled and restricted by the medication. I knew I had to do something very quickly to try to fix this, and decided that going private was now my only option.  I scrolled the internet for days and by change came across Greg’s webinar.  When he said that he could help I was extremely sceptical but thought emm I’m interested.  So I arranged a call with Greg and then decided to work with him and to be honest at this point I thought what have I done he won’t be able to help me!  HOW WRONG I WAS! I am very stubborn so admitting I’m wrong is not something I do lightly.  However working with Greg has been the best thing I have ever done.  Not only have my health and confidence improved and increased but I am still completely medication free and living a much better quality of life.  The process was not at all as bad as I imagined it to be, Greg keeps it very realistic to your lifestyle and is on hand to guide you through it all, and for me being very stubborn I often found that I needed this support and to talk through things in depth before I did them and Greg was never anything but helpful, understanding  and supportive throughout.   My advice would be If you are looking for a manageable and natural way to learn to live with and control symptoms then you have to work with Greg it was the best thing I have ever done and will eternally be grateful for all the help and support he has provided to me through out.

Before I began working with Greg I had been struggling with  Crohns disease for a few years, I was given steroids which I was unable to stop taking. I struggled to keep my job at times due to having so much time off and genuinely believed that this would be my life and things couldn't get better.

I always noticed that the things I ate could affect my symptoms and so I started researching diets which may help such as the elimination diet and cutting out gluten but I didn't have much success as different websites had conflicting information and guidance.

I came across Greg through facebook and started reading his blogs eventually thinking that he may actually be able to help and plucking up the courage to contact him. I'm so glad I did! Within a few days of the program I was feeling better I had more energy and wasn't running to the toilet as much. Its not easy at times and requires will power and effort but isn't it worth it to be feeling good?

6 months on I'm still well, I can do everything I want without worrying about being ill and I feel good about the future!

I would advise anyone to give him a try, there's nothing to lose and you may be feeling good sooner than you thought.

"Greg has helped to completely transform my health and has got me feeling so much better than I ever thought possible"

I'd struggled with Ulcerative Colitis since 2013 and things had been getting worse and worse since then.  I was on the toilet several times a day, and suffered badly with fatigue and nausea.  I was on a lot of medication but it didnt seem to be helping.  I saw Greg on social media and many of the successes he'd had with his clients and after a while decided to get in touch with him for some help as I was at a loss about what I could be doing to get things under control.  I was hesitant at first to get in touch but am so glad I did.  Greg has helped to completely transform my health and has got me feeling so much better than I ever thought possible.  I feel the best I have in years, and can now do so much more with my life without constantly worrying about the symptoms.  If you struggle like I was then I would definitely recommend reaching out to Greg for his help. He has helped me so much and I only wish Id found him sooner!

"I felt rubbish, and at times was so bloated I looked pregnant!"

Back in 2000 I started to suffer badly with stomach cramps which I was initially told was just IBS. Another two years of suffering, many visits to the doctors and things eventually got so bad that I was admitted to hospital for 10 days. This was when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis.

The symptoms were really unpleasant! I'd suffer from stomach pain, bloating, toilet urgency, knee pain, feeling uncomfortable, bleeding & mucus and constantly feeling fatigued.

My life changed and I missed the freedom of going out as much as I had previously. It's just not as enjoyable when you have to worry about how your stomach will be, where the nearest toilet is and what you are going to eat or drink. I felt rubbish, and at times was so bloated I looked pregnant!

Eventually I decided that I’d had enough, and reached out to Greg for his help.

I'm so pleased I did!  Over recent months I’ve followed Greg's programme and taken on advice from both Greg and Jennifer (one of his fantastic coaches) and am feeling so much better as a result.

My bleeding is drastically improved, I have much more energy, I'm less bloating and my bowel movements are much more under control.  I do lead an extremely busy life juggling work and family commitments but the changes I've made have all been able to fit in around that. Everything has always been clearly explained, Jennifer and Greg are very easy to talk to and very supportive, and have helped to personalise their advice around my life, and my food preferences.

If you are fed up of feeling how I used to and want help in turning things around then I really would urge you to reach out to Greg and see if he can help you.

6 months ago my energy levels were super low, my tummy pains were becoming more frequent and I was having far more toilet visits than one would like in a day. I was getting to the end of my tether, feeling depressed and like this was it, I was only gonna go further down hill from here!

Then my sister told me about Greg and how she’d read about him on Facebook. She told me I should make contact as he would be able to help. I had some reservations at first as I don’t really like change very much (but then again I am sure none of do if we are honest). But after talking with Greg, hearing about how he works and eventually being put on the right track I have noticed a big difference in myself. I have more energy than I’ve had in a long time, I have very little pain and I’m no longer so worried about knowing where the toilet is whenever I leave the house.

Yes, I have had to make some changes – all of which make sense. But those changes have made a big difference to me and I am a much happier person for them. 6 months ago I would not have been able to go back to the gym as getting myself through the day was hard enough, but now I’m going back to spinning classes and feel like I am getting back to being myself. Crohn’s is not controlling me any more but now I control it.

So anyone who is maybe feeling like I did 6 months ago and has some reservations... Please don’t.. I highly recommend working with Greg…. Don’t hesitate….. He is GREAT and you will feel better for it. I only wish I had known about him sooner!

I can’t believe that I never needed to poo until 2 30 today and I’ve only been 3 times so far today! It hasnt happened in 20 years with IBD or the pouch , where I’ve not needed the loo at least 5 times in the mornings!  I know it will be more than that a lot of the time but am so excited!! Shame u wasnt around 20 yrs ago…maybe things would have been different 🙂

My bowel movements have been really good, no flare ups no blood and I've been having bowl movements once a day. I just feel more energised throughout the day, and I don't get tired at around 5pm anymore.

"My symptoms now are pretty much non-existent. I’m completely medication free"

In September 2010 I had my gall bladder removed. Shortly afterwards the constipation and stomach cramps started. In 2011 I had a colonoscopy, I was told there was mild damage and swelling and was given a course of antibiotics and left to it.

Roll the clock forward to 2013 the pain, cramps, bleeding continued. Another colonoscopy followed with similar findings. I was told I had IBS type C and advised to follow a high fibre diet. I tried this, but the symptoms continued. I had already removed wheat and dairy, so I then tried removing high FODMAP foods but still the symptoms continued.

12 months later, when the blood loss became so severe I returned to the doctors. I saw a different GP who listened, looked through my notes and said that she thought my symptoms were IBD not IBS. I was referred to a consultant and gave a stool sample for analysis. 2 weeks later she called to say IBD was confirmed and further tests with the consultant would identify if it was UC or Crohns (eventually confirmed as UC in Jan this year).

And this is where Greg comes in!  Talking to someone who 'gets it' is such a relief. GPs are great, but in relation to nutrition advice the advice from the NHS is far behind.

My symptoms now are pretty much non-existent. I’m completely medication free, I don’t get cramps and bleeding is rare. I enjoy my gym training which continues to improve – I’m stronger faster and fitter and the PBs continue to roll in!

By the time I spoke with Greg I had eliminated so many foods I was left with approx 10 foods to eat and rotate making eating out near impossible and day to day eating pretty dull. However, I’m now at the stage where there are very few foods I need to avoid and I can eat out without having to worry about finding a suitable option on the menu.

My nutrition knowledge is pretty good in comparison to your average Joe but I would never have got this far alone. Greg has the knowledge, experience and empathy to support you on the journey.

It’s incredible to think I left it so long when the help is out there!

"My symptoms have almost all disappeared, my medication dosage is lower, my immune system is working and I haven't been sick in probably 8 or 9months (this is the longest in years). I now trust my immune system to do its job. "

Hi All. My name is Simon, I am a South African living in South Africa (not to be confused with the many living in the UK).

I was first diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in about 2004 while in my early twenties and after a year or two on medication managed to live medication and symptom free for about 10 years. I was re-diagnosed in October 2015 and begun working with Greg in the latter half of 2016. My case was not as bad as many of the other stories I have seen shared, however the blood & mucous stools, more frequent bowel movements and bloating pain were a big problem for me and despite eating very healthy foods, that along with the medication I was put on didn't seem to do much except give me horrible headaches and make me lose weight.

I was searching for another way.

I had tried various diets and was on one when I joined Greg. I had lost about 7kg despite not being a big guy. This too was of concern to me as I am a natural sporty person, with a talent for running, but my body didn't seem to be able to handle even simple training.

My wife heard about Greg from a mutual friend and suggested I book in for a free skype call, so I did.

Despite being encouraged by the Skype chat and having found, in Greg, someone who both understood and specialised in this condition, I had many reservations before starting.

Being South African we generally are a lot less trusting (living with a high crime rate does that to you) and so at first I wondered if it was too good to be true and also if this was some scam to get my money (yes this thought did actually cross my mind). After being told so many things by doctors, dietitians, specialists etc could this guy really help me and have success like he or the testimonies of past clients said? Then there was the cost factor. Our frail currency and a weak conversion rate meant it would cost the same as a family holiday overseas, which to get anywhere from the southern tip of Africa is a bit more than it would be to hop across a border in Europe.

I initially said no, but my wife convinced me, saying "think of it this way, one holiday or your health for the rest of your life?" I still struggled with wasting so much of "our" money on my issue, when it was her money too, but we decided to give it a go anyway. Her unyielding support was massive to me. A six month investment it was to be.

The process was really easy to follow and Greg's way and manner was really easy. We made very many minor adjustments along the way, some that worked and some that didn't and kept adjusting as needed. I found in Greg someone who is both passionate and persistent in his pursuit of health.

The qualities that I enjoyed most were his relentless pursuit of truth, amidst the many lies, stories and half truths out there being sold to those diagnosed with these dreaded illnesses, that often don't take into account the whole picture.

Those who have suffered like I have, often fall victim to these and it was great to have someone in my corner sifting through what is good info and what is junk. Also the labels that doctors love to put on you, such as "incurable" or "you'll be on medication forever" or even the amateur profiling by doctors, I was even told "you are too intense and need to change your personality" (I was told this, despite being not that intense, by a specialist who never knew me at all). I was even told that I needed to stop competitive sport. So many lies and unjustified opinions, mostly not encouraging or life-giving.

Another aspect I found in Greg was an encouragement of hope. He is a pillar of hope. I am a natural optimist, but after suffering for long periods, and being beaten down by words as well as illness, even my high levels of hope had been eroded. I didn't realise how much until I started working with Greg and found my old self again.

I also really enjoyed the holistic approach that looks not only at food but various other factors. This just makes logical sense.

Cutting out and adding back certain foods one at a time really helped me. Before I worked with Greg I would often say, "how come I have been eating certain foods my whole life and now suddenly they are a problem for me...this can't be right?". His approach of basically healing and sealing the gut lining just makes logical and practical sense. Now that mine is on the mend I can digest certain foods I had to avoid before. Foods I have eaten my whole life with no hassle.

The other factor was stress. I never felt like a stressed person, but I had begun carrying a lot of things that were not mine to carry and during the process I laid many of these down and live a much more care free existence as a result. Some of mine were high levels of self expectation and unrealistic excellence, as well as people pleasing.

I also enjoy the fact that the plan is personalised. Greg works with the exact results that are measured in the tests he has done on you and so the program is specifically targeting your weak areas. It's also adaptable, as when I told Greg I'm not really a yoga kind of guy, more of a prayer and meditating on God kind of guy, he worked with that and in all truth my times doing that have benefitted as well. Also helping me to make better life choices, which I do during those quiet times. It's brought me back to the real me.

The program gives you tools for the rest of your life and I leave with those tools in place. I haven't achieved every goal I had when I started, but I have grown and learned a great deal that will stand me in good stead going forward. My symptoms have almost all disappeared, my medication dosage is lower, my immune system is working and I haven't been sick in probably 8 or 9months (this is the longest in years). I now trust my immune system to do its job.

I had red itchy rashes on my knuckles and arms that would come and go but stayed for months and were never gone long. These have faded and almost completely disappeared and sometimes completely gone for long periods.

For those of you thinking of whether to take the plunge and work with Greg and his team, I would recommend him and his program. I have gotten great personal benefit out of it.

If the price is a concern to you, firstly no, this is not a scam, and secondly yes it does cost some money, but money is far less important than health and this investment will be with you for years to come. I said to myself, I'm doing this for what I want to feel like in 6months time and I'm glad I did.

You may ask, what is a few skype chats and some tests really worth? But what you are actually paying for is the years it took to trial and error the program that you are signing up for. It's that process that took time and we get a short cut to a victory Greg and his wife already got, which is worth paying for. I was told a story once (not sure how true) about a few second sketch Picasso did for a patron in a restaurant. He charged a massive price to which the client replied, "what....that took you a few seconds to draw?" Picasso replied, "no it took me 30years". The time taken to research and hone the program certainly has value, which I am willing to vouch for. I am also thankful for how it makes practical sense to my logical brain, rather than the contradictory advice dished out by so many others and has helped to make simple a lot of the misguided "advice" I had received.

It's also helped to rip off some of those false labels that were put on me and counteract the hope erosion that had taken place. I feel more like myself again.

The program is hard work but well worth it. All the best for your journey and knowing that healing is not only possibly but likely.

Yours in good health
